SV	Groot van raad en machtig van daad; want Uw ogen zijn open over alle wegen der mensenkinderen, om een iegelijk te geven naar zijn wegen, en naar de vrucht zijner handelingen.

Trans.	gəḏōl hā‘ēṣâ wəraḇ hā‘ălîlîyâ ’ăšer-‘êneyḵā fəquḥwōṯ ‘al-kāl-darəḵê bənê ’āḏām lāṯēṯ lə’îš kiḏərāḵāyw wəḵifərî m^a‘ălālāyw:

AC	יט גדל העצה ורב העליליה--אשר עיניך פקחות על כל דרכי בני אדם לתת לאיש כדרכיו וכפרי מעלליו
ASV	great in counsel, and mighty in work; whose eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men, to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings:
